UR W.O.D. Today: Work(out) Towards Your Goals

You’re heard the phrase: “If it were easy, everyone would be doing it!” But what on Earth could convince someone to go against the grain and do something that is not only NOT common, but also NOT easy? That answer is going to vary for each individual. Identify your goals. Know why you’re doing what you’re doing. And suddenly, every step you take towards accomplishing them becomes a little bit easier.

Warm Up:

  • 10 minute dynamic stretch

  • 5 minute static stretch
